Dr. Uma has over 12 years of diverse experience, including approximately 3 years in the industry, She holds dual Master's degrees (MBA in HR and MA in Public Administration) and a Ph.D. from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has published 8 research papers in various national and international journals. She has demonstrated her professional commitment by attending numerous national and international seminars, conferences and FDPs. Additionally, She is a lifetime member of three professional bodies ie ISTD, IIPA, IAWS.
