Construction Project Management is a subsidiary branch of civil engineering which comprises of knowledge about management of time, money and all other resources being used on a construction project. This branch prepares students to be able to take on various challenges of construction site with ability to complete the project within stipulated time and under the specified budget constraints.
CPM covers knowledge areas such as time management using modern tools & techniques, economical aspects of construction projects, resource management, quality and safety management and knowledge of construction documents such as tenders, contracts and various reports.
