Prof. Manish V. Sanghani, an academician with an in-depth knowledge and profound skill set in teaching pedagogy, education and administration. He has completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Lukhdhirji Engineering College, Morbi, and his Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda.

He has started his career as a lecturer at Dr. Jivraj Mehta Government Polytechnic for 10 years. In 1997, he has moved to V. V. P. engineering college where he has worked as an Assistant Professor for 11 years.

He plays a vital role in integrating academics with industries. His career experience spans around 37 years and, presently he is the founder and Provost of the University. He has contributed towards the development and effective implementation of numerous education initiatives. He has been a key person to enhance the educational framework at the University and streamline it with the expectations of industries & corporate sectors. He is committed to creating an effective skill and training-based foundation for education where students are empowered to concrete their experience of learning and gain an edge in an increasingly competitive workforce.

Dr. Krunal Khiraiya is a distinguished academic administrator and researcher with extensive experience in higher education governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional development. As the Registrar of Darshan University, he oversees regulatory compliance, policy implementation, and strategic planning to enhance institutional efficiency and academic excellence.

Holding a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Khiraiya specializes in Thermal Engineering With over 15 years of experience, he has held key leadership positions, including (I/C) Registrar, Principal, and Head of Department. He has successfully managed accreditation processes, regulatory approvals, and academic quality assurance, ensuring institutional growth and compliance with national education policies.

A dedicated researcher, Dr. Khiraiya has published extensively in Scopus and UGC-Care-listed journals, focusing on Combustion of alternate fuel and thermal energy storage. His contributions to research and innovation include multiple patents, notably in engineering design. He has also secured significant funding, including grants for various projects under AICTE and industry collaborations.

As a member of ISTE, ISHMT, and The Combustion Institute, he actively contributes to academic advancements and policy discussions. His focus on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance ensures that Darshan University remains at the forefront of educational excellence. His role as Registrar is marked by a strong dedication to upholding academic standards, advocating best practices, and supporting the university’s strategic growth initiatives.

Dr. Ashvin Makadia has pursued a B.E. from L.E. College, Morbi, in 1994, an M.Tech. (CAD/CAM) from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, in 2005, and a Ph.D. from the M.S. University, Vadodara, in the area of “Response Surface Methodology." He has published eight papers in various reputed journals and conferences. He has also reviewed various papers for ASME and Elsevier journals. He chairs the TERI-SIDBI training program at the institute. He started his career with Rajoo Engineers, Rajkot. He has also worked with V.V.P. Engineering College, Rajkot, for a span of 12 years. His areas of interest are Machine Design, Dynamics of Machine and CAD/CAM. He has served as the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department for almost 12 years at Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology.

At present, he is serving as the controller of examinations at the university. He plays a crucial role in upholding the standards of academic integrity, fairness, and efficiency within a university's examination system. By overseeing all aspects of examination planning, administration, and result management, he contribute significantly to the overall quality of education and the credibility of academic qualifications awarded by the institution.
