Dr. Alpesh Gajera possesses over 16 years of extensive experience in teaching and research within the field of management education. He has made significant academic contributions through the publication of 24 research papers in reputed national and international journals. Dr. Gajera earned his Ph.D. in 2016 from Gujarat Technological University, with his doctoral research focusing on the financial performance of the Indian banking industry. He has actively participated in and presented his research at numerous national and international conferences, demonstrating strong engagement with the academic and research community. In addition, he has served as a keynote speaker, session chair, and resource person at various conferences, workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), contributing to academic knowledge dissemination and professional development initiatives. Alongside his academic pursuits, Dr. Gajera has been deeply involved in academic administration, successfully handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities across his current and previous institutions. Further extending his professional expertise beyond academia, he is also serving as an Independent Director at Riddhi Display Equipments Ltd., reflecting his strong industry linkage and governance experience.
