Prof. Dipamkumar Raval

The individual is a dedicated and experienced educator with a strong academic background and a passion for teaching. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at BKNMU, they hold a Post-Graduation in MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing from Bangalore University, where they achieved First Class honors in 2011. Following this, they completed a Post-Graduation in M.COM from Sikkim Manipal University in 2014, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in B.COM (HR) from Bangalore University in 2009. Their academic journey commenced with a P.U.C in Commerce from Karnataka P.U Board in 2006, followed by an S.S.L.C from G.S.H.S.E.B in 2004, both with First Class honors. Throughout their academic journey, they specialized in subjects such as Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Management Process, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship Development Program, and Financial Management. Professionally, they began as a Lecturer at R R Institute of Management Studies for 2 years, then served as a Senior Lecturer at Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies for 5 years. They later became an Assistant Professor at Marwadi University for 4 years before assuming their current position as an Assistant Professor at Darshan University in July 2023. Their extensive work experience coupled with their educational achievements provides them with a comprehensive understanding of management, human resources, and marketing. Their commitment to academic excellence and passion for teaching are evident in their professional journey as they continue to inspire and guide the next generation of students at Darshan University.
