Industrial Visit to Captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd, Rajkot

The Darshan Institute of Management organized an industrial visit to Captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot for MBA students to provide practical exposure to the manufacturing sector. Thirty-eight students participated in the visit and observed the production processes of compact tractors, including assembly operations and quality assurance testing. The visit offered insights into the company’s operational strategies, research and development initiatives, supply chain management, and sustainability practices within the automobile industry. By connecting classroom concepts with real-world applications, the visit enhanced students’ understanding of corporate functioning and encouraged them to align academic learning with professional industry practices.
