The Darshan Institute of Management organized an expert lecture and pre-placement talk featuring Mr. Padmakar Muley and Mr. Deepak from Hayat Pumps. This institutional-level event was attended by 146 students from the BBA and BCom programs, aiming to enhance their employability through targeted career counseling. The session provided comprehensive insights into Hayat Pumps’ profile as a leader in manufacturing and solutions, while detailing the organization’s core values, work culture, and recruitment processes. Speakers emphasized essential industry expectations, professional competencies, and the critical importance of adaptability in the corporate world. The event fostered high engagement levels, allowing students to clarify queries regarding career progression and successfully bridging the gap between academic preparation and industry requirements.
Who we are?
