Frolic 2025: Brand Cop

The Darshan Institute of Management organized an event “Brand Cop” as part of Frolic 2025, a non-technical competition aimed at testing brand awareness and associative recall through non-verbal communication. The event witnessed active participation from 105 students, who engaged in a gamified challenge of identifying global brands using only gestures and postures. The competition sought to enhance students’ understanding of brand identity and marketing psychology in an interactive and energetic setting and was conducted through multiple elimination rounds requiring quick thinking, creativity, and a strong grasp of consumer culture. By moving beyond traditional academic formats, “Brand Cop” effectively highlighted the influence of branding in everyday life while promoting a collaborative and spirited learning environment among students and faculty.
