Educational Visit to AGM of Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd.

The Darshan Institute of Management organized an Educational Visit to the Annual General Meeting of Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. for MBA Finance students to provide practical exposure to corporate governance practices. The visit aimed to familiarize students with the conduct of Annual General Meetings and the exercise of shareholder voting rights. During the visit, twenty-three students observed key proceedings, including the Chairman’s address on financial performance and future strategies, along with the formal voting process facilitated by the Company Secretary. The experience enabled students to understand the real-world application of financial regulations, shareholder participation, and corporate decision-making. The visit effectively bridged the gap between classroom learning and corporate practice, enhancing students’ professional and practical understanding of finance and governance.
