Industrial Visit to PND Transformer Pvt. Ltd.

The Department of Electrical Engineering (DIETDS) organized an industrial visit to “PND Transformer Pvt. Ltd.” for Diploma Electrical Engineering students to enhance practical understanding of transformer manufacturing. Thirty-six students from the 3rd and 5th semesters observed key processes including design, winding, insulation, assembly, and testing. Industry experts highlighted quality control practices and safety standards through interactive discussions. The visit effectively strengthened students’ technical knowledge, industry awareness, and professional outlook, reinforcing the relevance of industry–academia collaboration.
