Expert Session on "The 5S Methodology"

The Darshan Institute of Management hosted a distinguished expert session on “The 5S Methodology.” The session was conducted by Ms. Vaishali Parekh, a Manager at Krish Consultancy, who provided 194 students with a comprehensive framework for achieving organizational excellence through the principles of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. This industry–academia linkage initiative focused on the practical application of globally recognized workplace management techniques to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows. Participants explored how systematic organization reduces waste, optimizes resource utilization, and fosters a disciplined culture of continuous improvement. By the conclusion of the session, attendees gained valuable insights into maintaining high-quality standards and professional accountability essential for long-term sustainability in modern corporate environments.
Who we are?
