Seminar on "SEBI Regulatory Framework"

The Darshan Institute of Computer Application organized an insightful institutional seminar “SEBI Regulatory Frameworks”, designed to bridge the critical gap between technical proficiency and financial literacy among B.Tech CSE Semester-5 students. The industry–academia interaction featured an expert session by Ms. Aparna Puranik from the Securities and Exchange Board of India, who provided an in-depth overview of SEBI’s history, its pivotal role in safeguarding investor interests, and the regulatory mechanisms governing modern stock markets. Through engaging discussions on financial reforms and transparency strategies, fifty participating students gained a comprehensive understanding of financial governance and responsible economic participation. Coordinated by Mr. Vishal J. Kansagara, the seminar successfully equipped future professionals with essential knowledge to navigate complex regulatory environments with integrity and awareness.
Who we are?
