One Day Hand's-On Training Program on "Industrial Automation (Pneumatic & Electro pneumatic System)”

The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Darshan University successfully hosted a specialized one-day hands-on training program titled "Industrial Automation (Pneumatic & Electro Pneumatic System)" on January 3, 2026. Organized by the DIET Mechanical Department and coordinated by faculty members Mr. Dharmeshkumar R. Tanti and Mr. Ashutosh M. Joshi, the workshop provided twenty-nine industry experts from Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd with intensive technical exposure. Led by Prof. Sagar S. Kanjiya, the session focused on bridging the gap between theoretical engineering concepts and modern industrial practices through practical engagement with automation components. Participants explored the fundamentals of pneumatic systems, including circuit design, control valves, sensors, and actuators, while emphasizing critical safety protocols and troubleshooting techniques. By facilitating this high-level knowledge exchange between academia and industry, the university continues to demonstrate its commitment to advancing technical expertise and supporting real-time industrial applications within the engineering sector.
