The Department of Computer Engineering, DIETDS organized a "One-Day Hands-On Workshop on Git & GitHub" in collaboration with Elite Infotech. The session was conducted by Ms. Aastha Katharotiya, a Full-Stack Developer, and was attended by 82 diploma students. During the workshop, participants received practical training in version control systems and learned key concepts such as repository management, branching, and collaborative development. Through hands-on activities, students gained experience in managing and tracking software projects using Git and GitHub. The workshop was coordinated by Mr. Neeraj H. Ahuja and helped students understand industry-standard development practices and coding workflows. The session enhanced their technical skills and prepared them for collaborative software development in professional environments.
