Darshan University recently hosted "Sprint 2026: Tug of War," a university-level competition organized by the SAC Sports & Fitness Wing to foster teamwork and sportsmanship among its student body. Held on February 20 and 21, 2026, at the New Girls Hostel Ground, the event attracted 106 participants from various internal institutes, including the Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology and the Darshan Institute of Management. This competitive platform was designed to identify athletic talent while promoting collective coordination and physical strength. Following intense matches, DIETDS secured the top position in the Boys category, with DIET finishing as the runner-up. In the Girls division, DIET emerged as the winner, followed by DIM in the runner-up position. Coordinated by Mr. Jinesh G. Tank and his colleagues, the successful tournament underscored the university's commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals through domain-related extracurricular activities.
