The Student Activity Center (SAC) – Cultural Wing, DU, organized “Women’s Day Fest 2026” to celebrate the spirit of womanhood and promote awareness about women's empowerment, equality, and leadership. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 49 students from various institutes of the University. The program featured a variety of activities, including a fashion show, quiz competition, on-the-spot speech competition, and cultural performances, providing students with opportunities to showcase their creativity, confidence, communication skills, leadership qualities, and artistic talents. Participants expressed their perspectives on women's achievements, rights, and contributions to society through engaging performances and thought-provoking presentations. The fest served as an inspiring platform for students to celebrate the strength, resilience, and accomplishments of women while encouraging mutual respect, inclusivity, and gender sensitivity.
