Darshan University’s Management Department (DIM) successfully hosted the HR Conclave 2026 on March 14, 2026, at the H-Block Auditorium to address the "Challenges of HR in the Contemporary Workforce". This state-level event brought together 12 staff members and 186 external professionals to exchange practical insights on the evolving global landscape of work. Distinguished industry leaders, including Dr. Nirav Mandir of Shree Ramkrishna Exports and Mr. Sapan Oza from TCS, delivered keynote sessions focusing on the strategic integration of artificial intelligence, multigenerational workforce dynamics, and the nuances of engaging Gen Z talent. Furthermore, discussions highlighted the increasing reliance on people analytics and data-driven decision-making to enhance recruitment quality.
