Industrial visit to Raghunandan Spintex LLP, Ukarda, Paddhari, Rajkot

On March 10, 2026, the Department of Diploma Mechanical Engineering at Darshan University organized a comprehensive industrial visit to Raghunandan Spintex LLP in Ukarda, Paddhari. This departmental initiative was specifically designed for 6th-semester students to provide essential practical exposure to modern manufacturing technologies and production planning. Throughout the visit, twenty-six students, accompanied by faculty coordinator Mr. Jinesh G. Tank, explored real-world applications of quality control practices and heat treatment technologies within the bearing industry. The program successfully bridged the gap between theoretical classroom concepts and industrial implementation while fostering an awareness of professional work culture and safety standards. By observing automated processes and engaging in technical interactions with industry experts like Mr. Jayesh Boda, participants gained valuable insights into workforce motivation and mechanical engineering challenges. This educational excursion underscores Darshan University’s commitment to holistic student development and industry-academia linkage.
