The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology for Diploma Studies, organized a Student Innovation Poster Presentation through “Mechanical Ideas,” providing third-semester Diploma Mechanical Engineering students with a platform to showcase their technical skills and innovative ideas. A total of 43 students participated in the presentation, which aimed to enhance technical knowledge, creativity, research skills, confidence, and professional communication abilities. Students presented their technical concepts through posters and received valuable suggestions and guidance from university leadership, deans, heads of departments, and faculty members. The interaction encouraged students to refine their ideas and develop effective presentation skills essential for their academic and future engineering careers. The activity served as a meaningful learning experience by bridging theoretical concepts with practical applications and inspiring students to explore new ideas and innovations in mechanical engineering.
