Profile
Mrs. Anuradha Ingale has done Maste in Yoga and Medical Yoga Therapy from Jawaharlal Nehru National Youth Center. She cleared YCB Level 6 in 2022. She cleared the Yoga Pravesh, Yoga Parichay, Yoga Prabodh, and Yoga Praveen examinations conducted by Yog Vidya Gurukul Nashik with 1st class. She has conducted many workshops on Shatkarma. She carried out research on “Asan and its effect on blood pressure and pulse rate." She also has good knowledge of diet, nutrition, and food science.
