Electrical Machines Lab
The Laboratory is equipped with various conventional and modern industrial-grade Electrical Machines, Electronics Converters & Measuring equipment, which helps the students to understand basic and performance analysis.
High – Voltage Lab
The Laboratory has a test setup to produce High Voltage AC (Up to 50 kV), DC (Up to 70 kV), and Impulse (100 kV, 1.2µS-50 µS) to understand different High Voltage phenomena & insulating material quality.
Power System Lab
The laboratory is equipped with an Industrial-grade advanced setup to learn and practice the power system design, development, operation, analysis, control, and protection.
Measurement Lab
The lab is equipped with various types of electrical measuring instruments like different Bridges, potentiometers, Phase shifting transformers, lux meters etc. Students are trained in the reading & calibration of different meters.
Solar Energy Lab
Solar Energy Training Center at Electrical Engineering Department provides training on PV Solar systems and supports allied research activities. This training center is approved by the NISE, MNRE. University has a 50 kWp PV Roof Top Solar Power Plant.
Industrial Automation Lab
The Industrial Automation 4.0 (Smart automation concept) laboratory has a practical setup based on industrial-grade PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo & Stepper drives, Analog & Digital Sensors, Actuators etc to prepare students for industry-ready.
Motor & Pump Testing Lab
The NABL accredited & BIS Recognize Pump-Motor Testing Laboratory provides all industrial testing, research & development of cutting-edge technology solutions for Centrifugal Pumps, Induction Motors, Self-priming Pumps & Submersible Pumps.

Power Electronics Lab
The laboratory has different types of industrial-grade power converters like rectifiers, inverters, voltage regulators etc. besides electrical drives. that can be used to control electrical equipment like motors, heaters, blowers, pumps, compressors, lighting etc in the industry.
Embedded System Lab
The laboratory is developed to realise that various fields of engineering such as embedded systems, wireless sensor networks, control systems, and automation systems are together interconnected to form the Internet of Things (IoT).
Basic Electrical Lab
The lab has setups for real-time experiments. The students are trained on basic concepts of electrical engineering, such as AC to DC conversion, measurement, transformer, verification of basic laws and theorems, use of CRO, DSO, etc.
Computer Center Lab
The Computer Lab has a number of computers loaded with simulation and programming software required for different subjects like electrical machines, power systems, power electronics, microcontrollers and microprocessors, etc. of electrical engineering.
