An industrial visit was organized at Aditi Toys Pvt. Ltd., GIDC - Metoda (Rajkot) One of the trusted names in the arena of the Toys Industry with Vast experience and Continuous R & D of the new product. Mr. Kalpesh Patel - The HR manager facilitated and explained the process of manufacturing toys and different aspects of Marketing, Sales, Packing, Production, Finance, and HR Policies. He gave insights about the Indian Toys Market, the Make in India Concept, and Govt. Support to make students visualize the bright future of the Indian Toy Industry. The students were thrilled to visit the Unit.
