During this technical visit, students are been familiar with various treatment units, its process, and the quality parameters of water and wastewater.
Sewage Treatment Plant, Madhapar having 80 MLD capacity for treatment of water. This treatment plant is fully automatic. All the students are familiar with all the treatment units like inlet, screening, grit chamber, SBR, chlorination, sludge digestion, etc.
During WTP visits, students get knowledge of water treatment units for purification of water, Like Screening, Sedimentation, Aeration, Filtration, chlorination, and softening of water at Bedi Rajkot.
