Darshan Institute of Science recently organized a highly informative industrial visit to Unity Milk and Food Products Private LTD (Ufresh) for the B.Sc. and M.Sc. Microbiology students. This visit provided students with a practical insight into the working principles of machines and process systems used in the production of various food products, including milk pasteurization, sweets, curd, buttermilk, and namkeens.
