Darshan Institute of Management, Darshan University organized an Industrial visit to Asia's Largest Amul Dairy Plant and Amul Chocolate Plant.
“Amul, The Taste Of INDIA”, is something that is stuck in the minds of all Indians and we can’t stop ourselves from singing the jingle. Students of MBA, BBA & B.Com. Visited the facility located in the Anand district, Gujarat. It was a great learning experience for the students. Students understood the entire procurement, production, and quality management aspects of the Amul Milk production and Chocolate production unit.
They gained knowledge about the many stages that a product goes through before it is ready for the final consumer, particularly Milk, Paneer, and Various Chocolates. They also got an insight into the duties and roles of various employees in the process. Students also visited the recently developed Gujarat's Largest Auditorium at Amul for its stakeholders. The visit was coordinated by Dr. Alpesh Gajera and Dr. Dhaval Vyas.
