5th sem STP and WTP site visit (RAJKOT)

During this technical visit, students got familiar with various treatment units, its process, and the quality parameters of water and wastewater. Sewage Treatment Plant, Gavridal having 70 MLD capacity of treatment of water. This treatment plant is fully automatic. All the students got familiar with all the treatment units like inlet, screening, grit chamber, chlorination, sludge digestion, etc. During the WTP visit, students get knowledge of water treatment units for purification of water, like Screening, Sedimentation, Aeration, Filtration, chlorination, and softening of water at #Bedi #Rajkot.
