Industrial Visit at Machchhu Dam-2, Morbi

The Diploma Civil Engineering department organized a visit to Machchhu Dam - 2, Morbi for the 4th-semester students. Mr. V S. Bhoraniya Sir (Deputy Executive, Irrigation dept.) and Mr. B C. Panara Sir (Section Officer, Irrigation dept.) explained to students about design, operation, and history of the dam, as well as the spillway, embankment, storage capacity, past failure, inspection gallery, and gate mechanism and other important things related to engineering which helps students in their future as Civil Engineers.
Who we are?
