An Expert Talk on Opportunities & Challenges to Budding Civil Engineer

The Department of Civil Engineering recently hosted an Expert Talk on Opportunities and Challenges for Budding Civil Engineers, featuring Dr. Dhimant Vyas (IAS, Regional Municipalities Commissioner) as the distinguished speaker. Dr. Vyas discussed various career opportunities available to civil engineering students, including recent government infrastructure projects, the significant responsibilities of civil engineers in both public and private sectors, and shared insights from his personal journey to becoming an IAS officer. He also graciously invited students to explore internship opportunities at their jurisdiction municipalities.
