Expert Talk on ABC's of Cyber Security

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering organized an expert session on “ABC's of Cyber Security” conducted by The Hackers Meetup Community- Rajkot for the students of BTech CSE Sem.-5 and BCA/BScIT Sem-5. The session aimed to educate the students about the recent trends related to cyber security and enlighten the students about the scope of cyber security technologies and its business world. The Resource Person were Mr. Yash Gorasiya, Founder Securepen Pvt Ltd and Mr. Vivek Chandrasala - Cyber security Researcher. Mr. Yash Gorasiya discussed the fundamental cyber security concepts. He talked about practical tips for staying safe in the digital world. He covered the global challenges in IT faced by the professionals due to cybercrime, Types of cyber-crime, hacking. Mr. Vivek Chandrasala explained about the how to join their community in cyber security. Students clarified doubts about career opportunities and best practices in cyber security
