The Department of Humanities and Science organized Quizpectrum - A Quiz Competition in association with SSIP as part of the Student Induction Programme for B.Tech. Semester-1 students on 10^th August 2024.

The competition consisted of 4 groups, each comprising 10 teams. The top 2 teams from each group advanced to the semi-finals. Additionally, 8 teams participated in an internal test to select the top 3 students from each team. This comprehensive quiz competition covered a wide range of topics, including Current Affairs, Mythology, History, Science, Entertainment, and more.

In the final round, there were 8 teams, from which the top 3 teams were awarded trophies, prize money, and certificates.

The prizes were distributed by esteemed dignitaries:

- Dr. Gopi Sanghani, Dean of the School of Computer Science

- Dr. Ashwin Makadia, Controller of Examinations

- Mr. Nishant Khiraiya, Head of the Department of Humanities and Science

Their presence added to the significance of the event, and their encouragement motivated the students to perform their best.

The event's success was largely due to the dedication and hard work of the event coordinators, Mr. Darshan Pipaliya, Dr. Vishal Vadgama, Mr. Dhvanik Zala and Mr. Vasudev Barjadiya, who worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.
