Empowering Future Engineers: MoU for Training, Placement, and Skill Development

"The Civil Engineering Department of Darshan University proudly announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajkot Builders Association (RBA) and the Rotary Club of Rajkot Midtown on February 4, 2025. This collaboration aims to enhance the training, placement, and skill development of students and faculty members through industry-academia linkages.
The MoU signing ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Mr. Ashish Mehta (President - Rajkot Builders Association), Mr. Divyesh Aghera (President - Rotary Club of Rajkot Midtown), Mr. Haresh Parmar (Vice President - Rotary Club of Rajkot Midtown), Prof. (Dr.) R. G. Dhamsaniya (President - Darshan University), Prof. M. V. Sanghani (Provost - Darshan University), and Prof. (Dr.) U. J. Solanki. Their valuable insights and experiences provided students with a deeper understanding of industry expectations and future career prospects.
This MoU will strengthen the bridge between academia and industry, offering students practical exposure, internship opportunities, expert lectures, and technical workshops. Faculty members will benefit from industry interactions, collaborative research, and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
