Astronomy Club Observatory Visit

The Astronomy Club of Darshan University successfully organized an educational visit to the Observatory at Shri O.V. Sheth Regional Community Science Center, Rajkot, on February 18, 2025. A group of 45 enthusiastic students participated in this celestial journey, gaining valuable insights into astronomy and observational techniques.
The event began with an engaging session by Mr. Neelesh Rana Sir, who explained the functioning of an observatory and telescopes. Following this, he and his team set up a telescope, allowing everyone to witness the breathtaking view of Venus and explore the wonders of the night sky.
