Visit to the Regional Science Centre, Rajkot

- Humanities and Science Department of Darshan University organized a visit to the Regional Science Centre, Rajkot at 9:30 to 1:30 PM on 12th August 2025. The visit was specifically arranged for B.Tech. 1st semester students.
- The event aimed to introduce the new students to various aspects of engineering and scientific exploration. After a brief orientation about the center's facilities and the day's schedule, students were divided into groups. They explored interactive exhibits covering physics, biology, chemistry, and technology. These exhibits engaged students in practical learning experiences, enhancing their understanding of scientific concepts. Students also visited different science labs within the center, witnessing live demonstrations and experiments conducted by the staff. These labs showcased cutting-edge equipment and techniques used in various scientific fields, giving students valuable insights into real-world applications.
- Throughout the visit, interactive sessions were conducted, encouraging student participation and discussion. Experts from the science center and faculty members facilitated these sessions, addressing questions and fostering curiosity among the students.
- At the end of the visit, students provided feedback on their experience. They shared their thoughts and reflections on what they learned and how it related to their engineering studies.
Who we are?
