B.Tech Civil Engineering Students Explore Modern Construction Practices at AJ SmartBuild AAC Plant

The students of B.Tech Civil Engineering, Darshan University, recently visited the AAC Block Manufacturing Plant of AJ SmartBuild Pvt. Ltd. to gain hands-on exposure to advanced construction material production techniques.
During the industrial visit, students closely observed the fully automated manufacturing process of AAC blocks, including material storage silos, precision mixing, moulding, wire cutting, autoclaving, and final loading operations. The visit provided valuable insights into large-scale production systems and quality control practices followed in the industry.
The plant also demonstrated sustainable initiatives such as waste recycling mechanisms and emission control systems, highlighting the importance of environmentally responsible construction practices.
Such industry interactions play a vital role in bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world engineering applications, empowering students to confidently face future professional challenges.
