Darshan University’s Darshan Institute of Computer Application successfully hosted "Programming Challenge 2026" on 31st January 2026, providing a rigorous regional platform for over 140 BCA and BSc (IT) students from more than 20 institutions. Organized by the Computer Applications Department, the competition aimed to enhance logical reasoning and technical proficiency while exposing participants to emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies. Throughout the event, students demonstrated exceptional analytical capabilities by solving complex problems using C, C++, and Java. The challenge concluded with a formal Valedictory Ceremony where top performers from Shree Swaminarayan College, Bhavnagar, secured the leading positions, with the first-place winner receiving a 51,000/- prize. By fostering a collaborative yet competitive environment, the university effectively promoted professional skill development and academic excellence among aspiring IT professionals. This initiative underscores Darshan University’s commitment to preparing students for the evolving demands of the global technology landscape.
