BioSpark 2026: Catalyzing Innovation and Enterprises in Lifesciences

The Darshan Institute of Science, Microbiology, DU organized a one-day state-level seminar titled “BioSpark 2026: Catalyzing Innovation and Enterprise in Life Sciences.” Sponsored by the Darshan University SSIP Cell, the seminar brought together 65 participants from various institutions across the Saurashtra region. The session featured expert talks by Mr. Javid Shaikh from the Savli Technology and Business Incubator and Mr. Sachin Patel from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. They shared valuable insights into bio-based startups, entrepreneurship opportunities in the life sciences sector, and the support available through government initiatives. Through interactive discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions, participants gained a better understanding of how innovative ideas can be transformed into successful ventures. The seminar encouraged students to explore entrepreneurship and innovation as promising career paths in the field of life sciences.
Who we are?
