Rutting Tester

Shake Table

Specifications: The Shake Table consists of a rigid platform measuring 5 ft × 3 ft, equipped with 12 mm diameter holes at 50 mm spacing for secure model mounting. It is driven by a precision servo motor to ensure controlled and repeatable motion. It has a payload capacity of up to 500 kg. The platform can generate motion with amplitude ranging from 0 to 100 mm and frequency up to 6 cycles per second.

Application: The Shake Table is used to simulate dynamic loads such as earthquakes on structural models and components. Application: The Rolling Thin Film Oven (RTFO) is used to simulate the short-term aging of bituminous binders (asphalt) under conditions similar to those during mixing and laying of hot mix asphalt.
